My website design deposit is non-refundable.

I confirm that I have purchase a website subscription with Squarespace for my current site as well as a domain which is not included in the website design package.

My website design package comes with two rounds of revisions. Any revisions beyond that will be charged at $50/hour, prorated at the half hour.

Both rounds of revisions for my website must be provided in writing, via either email, Google Doc or an agreed upon written format.

All video media must be sent to me via Vimeo or YouTube links. If you do not have either of these and would like to outsource, please ask me about my Vimeo add-on service.

I will be provided a draft of my website within 7-10 business days of receipt of materials for the site should any additional materials be needed for the re-design.

I have 3 weeks to provide my first round of notes once the website draft is delivered. If notes are not provided, the website must be paid in full and notes can be delivered within one additional month. For each additional 4 week period after that that notes are not delivered, a $50 per month fee will be applied until notes are sent, should they still be desired to be implemented.

Once the site goes live, an invoice will be provided to me and final payment must be sent in full within 48 hours.

A custom editing tutorial of my 7.1 website will be provided for me upon completion of the website.

AMWD Re-Design Basic Artist Rate: My $500 Re-Design Basic Artist Website rate includes: A Beautiful, Contemporary Personalized Website Design that represent YOU as an artist with up to 6 pages including homepage (Industry standard 5 pages are- home, gallery, resume, media, contact though this is up to your discretion • Additional pages can be added at $75/page). Implemented SEO integration to give your site the widest digital reach 2 Rounds of Revisions on the site after the first draft (additional at $50/hr) Custom Domain | Transfer/ReDirect/Purchase Depending on your specific needs (On Squarespace, your domain is free for the first year if you choose the annual subscription and $20/year for every year after that. Or it's $20/year upfront and after if you choose the monthly subscription.) Custom Designed Favicon (the little block in the corner of the browser tab that has a personalized website logo) Custom Designed Name Logo - on the footer of your site, matching your site design and subtly animated (if desired) to reinforce your branding on the footer of every page. A Custom Editing Tutorial so you can take over site management. I’m happy to send you up to three personalized additional mini tutorials after completion of the site if anything is unclear on the general editing tutorial when you begin taking over site management. Basic Analytics which is a part of the personal plan you’d be paying for via Squarespace but allows you to track site activity right from your Squarespace Dashboard!

If deposit has not already been sent, please send $250 deposit to one of the following.
NOTE: If paying via PayPal with a credit card, a 2.9% fee applies: please send $257 deposit should that be the case.
